Stuffed zucchini

Round zucchini is perfect for filling in creative ways.

Preparation:

Cut a lid off the zucchini . Cut out the insides. Cook the zucchini for 6 minutes. Drain them. Season minced meat with salt, pepper and mix in crumbled bread or breadcrumbs. Chop a handful of small tomatoes. Mix minced meat and tomatoes with 100 gr ground cheese and Stuff zucchinis. Sprinkle with cheese. About 30 minutes in the oven in an ovenproof dish at 180° depending on the amount of filling. Delicious with rice or pasta.
