Baked zucchini

Zucchini is usually eaten boiled or baked, but it can also be eaten raw.
The fruit can also be diced like a pickle pickled in vinegar with herbs.
Most people find a zucchini best edible if it is not too thick and no more than 30 cm (350 grams) long.
Usually zucchini is harvested from 7 cm (50 grams) in length.
The small fruits with the flower still attached are marketed as zucchini fleur and are considered a delicacy in Italy and Greece.

Preparation:

Wash and slice the zucchini.
Season the breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs with salt/pepper.
Pass the zucchini through the flour.
Then through the beaten egg.
Then through the breadcrumbs.
Fry in a pan in oil or butter.
Delicious with tomato sauce.
