Stuffed sweet pointed bell pepper

Preparation:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
Halve the peppers and remove the seeds.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Brush the peppers with olive oil.
Place them on the baking sheet and fill them with the cheese and tomato pieces.
Drizzle with a little olive oil.
Season the dish with salt and pepper.
Bake the peppers in the oven for 15 minutes.
Delicious with a mixed salad.
