Cucumber soup

The cucumber belongs to the same family as the melon, pickle, squash and zucchini and is a fruit vegetable.
It is very tasty when eaten raw, but can also be used in various ways in dishes.
It can be stewed, baked or boiled.
However, do not heat it for more than 10 minutes or it will lose its texture.

Preparation:

!Peel the cucumbers and cut into slices.
Add water and 2 bouillon cubes.
Cook the cucumbers until tender.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add the flour.
Add the milk, stirring little by little.
Add this mixture to the cucumbers and continue to cook for a while.
Blend the soup and season with salt and pepper.

  • 3 cucumbers
  • 2 chicken stock cubes
  • 50 gr butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 150 ml of milk
  • Pepper and salt
