Dip of roasted cherry tomatoes

Snack or cherry tomatoes are vegetables for the sweet tooth.
They are snack vegetables: fresh, healthy and above all delicious.
They are also called cherry tomatoes.
Children love them; even difficult vegetable eaters are tempted.
They are fresh and sweet.

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 220°.
Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet.
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Spread the chopped herbs over the tomatoes.
Place the tomatoes in the oven for 20-25 min and allow to cool.
Season the yogurt with salt and pepper and mix in the roasted tomatoes.
Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 200 gr Greek yogurt or full-fat yogurt
  • Olive oil, pepper and salt
  • A few sprigs of green herbs such as parsley, thyme, rosemary,… finely chopped
