Mini cauliflower from the oven

Classic, yet with the times: cauliflower is a surprising vegetable that appeals to young and old alike.
And you can do anything with it.
How about a healthy couscous? Or are you more of a fan of delicious cauliflower florets au gratin with cheese sauce?

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Halve the mini cauliflowers with leaves lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
Mix thyme, oil, honey, pepper and salt.
Spoon over the cauliflowers.
Sprinkle with the chopped hazelnuts.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Flip the cauliflowers after 10 minutes.
Bon appetit! Delicious with 100 gr crumbled feta cheese.

Ingredients:
  • 8 mini cauliflowers
  • 60 gr chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/2 tablespoon of thyme
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper
