Oven dish with cauliflower and corn
Corn is a grain, but it is also eaten as a vegetable. The kind we eat is sweet corn.
In stores, you can find corn in different forms, such as: corn cobs, canned or jarred kernels, cornflakes, cornstarch and popcorn.
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 200°.
Cook the cauliflower pieces for 5 minutes.
Cook the corn 15 minut.
Make the sauce: melt the butter in a pot over low heat.
Add the flour while stirring.
Add the milk little by little while stirring.
Turn up the heat and bring the sauce to a boil while stirring.
Let it boil for a little while.
Turn off the heat and add 150 gr. of milk.
Turn off the heat and add 150 gr cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the vegetables in a baking dish.
Pour the sauce on top and sprinkle 50 gr cheese over the sauce.
Place the casserole in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.

- 500 ml of milk
