Puree of broccoli, carrots and bell bell pepper

Good for memory:
Just like potatoes, radishes, oranges and apples, broccoli contains a substance that has the same effect as drugs used to fight Alzheimer’s disease.
There is no scientific evidence that broccoli fights this disease, but there is evidence that your brain is less likely to deteriorate if you eat this vegetable regularly.

Few calories:
It is anything but a fattener.
Per 100 grams, it contains only 29 kcal.
So you can feel free to scoop up a large portion of broccoli or incorporate the vegetable into an oven pasta with cheese sauce.

Preparation:

Cut the broccoli into florets.
Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Remove the stem and seeds from the bell bell pepper and cut into small pieces.
Cook the vegetables in salted water until tender and drain.
Boil the potatoes and crush them with a masher.
Mix in butter, cream or milk and season with salt and pepper.
