Raspberry jam

A raspberry is actually made up of tiny fruits packed together on a core. The color of raspberries ranges from pinkish red to deep red. By alternating varieties, raspberry growers ensure that fresh raspberries are available from June through the end of October.

Preparation:

Rinse raspberries. Gently warm along with the lemon juice. Stir well. When it boils add the sugar. Keep stirring. After 3 minutes of cooking, you will have delicious jam!

  • 250 gr raspberries
  • 250 gr sugar
  • Juice of half a lemon
