Red bell pepper with chicken and pineapple

Pineapple is good for your teeth; there are substances in pineapple that make your teeth whiter, healthier and stronger.
You can use pineapple juice for marinades; the juice contains an acid that makes meat nice and tender when you marinate it in it.
In fact, the fruit contains the enzyme Bromealin, which has anti-inflammatory properties and thus can fight toxins in your body.
Never store pineapple in the refrigerator. If you freeze pineapples immediately after cleaning them, you will be able to enjoy them again later on.
When you plant the top of a pineapple, the crown, in soil, you can make your own pineapple plant.
Want to know if the pineapple you buy is ripe? Then it’s best to smell it. A sweet smell usually means you have a nice, sweet pineapple on your hands.

Preparation:

Remove the seeds and white seeds from the peppers and dice.
Cut the pineapple into pieces.
Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
