Vegetable rolls

pak choi is a crisp vegetable that can be used in salads, in stir-fries and in stew. The whole bush is usable. The vegetable is prepared so that it remains somewhat crunchy. The flavor can be influenced by adding spicy herbs, garlic or ginger. Finely chopped and lightly blanched, pak choi stalks are incorporated into salads.

Preparation:

Cook the rice with a pinch of salt or a bouillon cube. In salted boiling water, cook (=blanch) the leaves of the pak choi for 1 minute. Rinse under cold water and drain. Chop the tomatoes and set them aside. Finely chop the remaining vegetables. Heat the oil in a pot. Fry for 5 minutes the sliced bell bell pepper, zucchini and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Add the rice ( and the meat). Lay a leaf of pak choi flat on a plate. Place the vegetable mixture in the center. Fold in and place the rolls in a baking dish. Spoon the sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle with the ground cheese. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. Enjoy.
